Towards the end of the day I captured a photo of this late Autumn sky which filled me with delight. I had my box of tricks in the back of the car and as soon as I got an opportunity I feverishly painted the impression of the lured red sky tones that permeated the whole landscape. The greys and muted cool tones of walls and cottages off- set the heat of the autumnal land which is both absorbing and reflecting the magnificent sky.
