This painting was done 60 years ago. The thick impasto gouache of the fledgling apple trees stand out against the Les Landiers growing behind them. Impressionism and Pointillism obviously influenced my style. It is signed as Pauling McDonald. It is loaded with memories for me, and I truly love it's composition and style.
