My sister lived in Wells in Somerset for many years. We visited her frequently as she always made us feel so welcome. Consequently I have a collection of paintings of Wells in many different media. This painting has powerful energy and a deeply spiritual quality created by the play of light through the trees and the mauves of the windows of this beautiful building.
